How far can I pump?

How far can I pump?

To pump concrete over a long distance, the concrete pump needs pressure. Stationary concrete pumps can build up a delivery pressure of up to 250 bar, making distances of over 2 km possible. The longer the distance, the more concrete is needed to fill the pipeline, so the technically achievable distance is not the decisive criterion, but the amount of concrete needed in a unit of time.

Up to 50m horizontally:

Possible with a stationary concrete pump BSA 1005 E or BQ 06 + delivery line SK 125 line 85bar max. pressure

Up to 100m horizontally:

You need a stationary concrete BSA 1408 E + and  a delivery line SK 125 with 130bar max. pressure

150m line and more:

For this purpose a stationary concrete pump BS 2109 HE together with a delivery line system ZX 125 line 130bar is necessary.
